Ordering
How do I order Wedding or Event Signage?
If you’re interested in having your wedding or event signage created by us, please get in contact via email (bettykdesignsco@gmail.com). As this is a bespoke service, it’s easier for us to discuss your vision, so we can make sure we can create exactly what you have in mind!

Shipping
How long does my order take to ship?
For smaller items such as bookmarks or small table signs, we aim to finish creating them within 3 - 3.5 weeks, before they go out to post.
For larger orders for weddings and events, we aim for 8 - 12 weeks, with postage usually around 2-3 weeks before your event date.
For rush orders, please get in contact with us directly via email bettykdesignsco@gmail.com with ‘RUSH ORDER’ in the subject line. Please note, rush orders incur an additional 15% charge.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship outside of the UK.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the bespoke nature of these products and being made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds.
For this reason, please ensure you read the product descriptions and that there are no spelling errors when submitting details or when accepting final designs from us, as there are no changes after this time.
We will only accept a return if the item is faulty or damaged, subject to each order. If your item arrives faulty, we will require you to send photos of proof to our email bettykdesignsco@gmail.com & we will get back to you within 2-5 working days. We will always do our best to rectify any issues, we reserve the right not to issue a refund if the above criteria have not been met.
Deposits
Do you take deposits or do I have to pay in full?
If your order is over £350 (postage not included), we require a 50% deposit to secure your slot in our diary but if you would prefer to pay in full, that’s no issue. Orders less than £250 will be required to pay in full on ordering.
Your deposit will be taken off the total cost of your wedding/event order.
If your wedding date is within 16 weeks of your order date, payment must be in full as we will get working and ordering stock as soon as your order is received.
However, you are able to pay in full regardless of your wedding date.
Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Once we have received your order, you have 48 hours from date of purchase to cancel. Please email us with your order details and why you would like to cancel.
After this time, your request to cancel may not be possible as we may have begun preparations for your order and ordered stock specifically to meet your order requirements.
If you would like to amend your order, we can do this for you, as long as the price still remains the same as your original order, or more, then you will be invoiced for the additional costs.
For example, changing A5 table sign from a Cards & Gifts sign to an In Loving Memory sign for the same cost, or paying the additional to upgrade from A5 to A4 size.
